If you are commenting the same comment, or just cycling through a handful, you will get a block. You need to randomise it. Spintax / tokens are useful for this.
I don't know but "follow me" could be triggering a spam flag, especially if over using it. If you have multiple accounts on the same IP, spamming the same comment, again this "could" trigger a block.
Basically you have to review what you are doing and think
"what got me this block"
"what footprints am I leaving"
"does my comment appear spammy"
"do my comments annoy people"
The issue won't be jarvee, but your comments.
Although you can post comments via your phone, the device ID will be different and the block could be a combination of account + IP + device. Also, regardless of what bot devs say, the bots are not 100% request comparible with the phone, which sends a lot more information which is not required to automate the ISG app, but "could" lead to different limits / checks being applied.
