When I visit my profile link or any user link, it shows:

Why?

Instagram may think you are a bot or you are hacking into your account.
This happens when you have been logging out and logging back in too many times either on the same device or different devices.

Its just because of too many api requests. Just wait for few hours or minutes. Donot try to login again and again because it will increase the time of getting back your account. So just wait few hours
