Instagram is so annoying

It is always blocking me from following other people, especially if there is a link in my bio/website field.

And mostly it doesn't even allow me to add my link. I created these accounts 3-5 days ago. And one of them is 2 weeks old.

How to get over these issues? How can I increase my targeted followers with these limits and obstacles?
