instagram is hiding recent post from certain hashtag

I have a fitness related account and most of the hashtags I use don't show recent post because 'the community has reported some content that may not meet instagram guidelines'

Those hashtags are #health #healthy #fitspo #fit #workout

Im afraid that this will affect the number of likes I will get, because how do people like it if it is hidden? So is there any tips to overcome this issue? Or do you have any insight regarding this? Thanks in advance

There's no solution to this. As long as a hashtag is being spammed, Instagram will not show all of the content for it. You should be looking for other hashtags, preferably less spammed.

As we check for 18/6/2016 maybe all popular hashtags are being blocked in the feeds now
