Instagram is blocking bio description

I don't know what to do, I've found plenty of similar situations but no one has posted solutions or even updated what ended up happening to them/their accounts..

I don't think I'm blocked.. I didn't get any notification or anything I can still interact with others. Do you have any idea what to do? Should I just stop using it for a week and maybe they will "lift" it?

It's my only personal account and I've had it for 8 years so I really don't want to have to start over.. really frustrating there's no way to contact IG.
