Instagram is asking for re-PVA

Hello! I figured out I got bad proxies, and I switched them out, now everything is working according to then plan expect... For some stupid reason, whatever phone number I input and verify some account, Instagram is asking for re-verification for like the 10th time in a row. It does not matter if I use a real number or some other number... Is there any solution?
