Hello i am starting my journey to istagram and i want to ask what is better ipv4 or ipv6 just for f/uf and maybe DM spam!! And any cheap sms verification service

It's the same as long as you are the only one who uses that IP for F/UF.

It depends on what IP version your Bot supports.

However, it doesn't matter for IG if your connection comes from IPv4 or IPv6.
