Instagram IP & Verification question :)

Hey guys, I'm from an Asian country and I plan to use USA proxies to create and my country's SIM cards to phone verify Instagram accounts, is it allowed? I've seen many guys do that here on bhw but I wanna be 100% sure not to waste money.. Thanks in advance!

Yes when Instagram requires phone verification you can enter whatever number from any countries that could receive their SMS.
