Instagram Insights Error

1. Tap on the menu icon on your Instagram profile
2. Go to your settings
3. Tap on “Account”
4. Switch to a professional account
5. Select a category
6. Check your insights

I don't know the reason and I also tested sending the post to dm's and none of the insights show the stat for that one.

Anyone knows why this happens or has it on any of their accounts?

yes, that is for Europe, and I am from India, so I am having this issue on accounts used in India.

Also, I had used Europe proxies for automation I think that is why many of the accounts have this issue.

I have spoken to FB support about this let's hope they come up with a good response.

I know and unless you've done any kind of spammy behavior with the dm sending of your post, I think it's just a stupid glitch. Not the first time IG messes up with not showing data properly.

Cost nothing to try reinstalling the app on just a couple of your accounts, keep us updated what support tells you.
