Instagram increase 2 time my temporary block

So, that's it, i was blocked in following (while unfollowing) until last monday, but when i try to follow i got a new message "until Thursday".
I thoght "all right it is strage but ok, just wait), today when i try again, "until Saturday", wtf is happening? I just post pics! No comment, no like, nothing!

Try letting the account rest for a few days without even touching it.

Then come back and check if you're still having the same issue.

Yeah, I think you should leave it be for a week or something and see what happens

Can't I post? I didn't follow/unfollow for the last week, but stop posting is the worst thing that i can do.

My engagement will drop down showily, but its better than a banned account
Ok guys i just log out, and i give it a rest at least until sunday.
