Try it with different browsers (FF, Chrome, IE), disable your addons which may interfere with iMacros, especially ad blocking addons. Try the standalone iMacros browser. Check if you have the latest version of Java (and flash) installed. But maybe AMF is blocking iMacros somehow.

Anyway, if none of this help, i guess you'll need to wait for someone more well-versed than me.
