How many Accounts Per IP is safe?

For instaagram

According to me 4-6 accounts is safe as per my knowledge you can try big but your all accounts get a bann hammer at once.
so its better to start low and end up high by using different ips.
 
They allow 5 accounts to be made from one IP address but to be safe you should only run 3 pre IP address, especially if you are doing a lot of following and liking

It is best to run on 1 account per ip. I just got an account banned on 4 - 7 dellays. It was one account on a dedicated. Not a big loss for me, but it goes to show how strict they are getting.

Things are changing all the time.
 
5 accounts per 1 IP is a maximum to stay under the radar. Everything more will get yourself whooped.
 
I think IG just like FB, going for 5 accounts per ip is the best way not to get banned.
