Instagram homemade proxies?

Hello all. I have a lot of trouble with booting recently, but all accounts I boot on my own hotspot 4G from mobile phone works well. I see the prices of 4G proxies for month are 50$ + and I think it is very expensive, so I wanna try to make my own proxies.

The plan is:

Buy 10 SIM cards with 10GB internet each fo 100$ in my country and run 50 accounts on them, 5 on each. Is 2GB per account enough for Jarvee botting? Just follow, like, and DM + some post 1 in 3 d.

What is problem, I don't know how to create proxies from them. I know I can buy 10 smartphones and on every create proxy for SIM card, but is there any better way to do it? I heard about rasperry pi, but can I use it to create proxy from 10 SIM cards?
