Instagram help

If anybody could give me some proxy/vpn help I would really appreciate it as I'm completely stuck. I'm trying to build up three different accounts from my phone and seem to be getting shadow banned. Can somebody point me to a simple set up for running Instagram from my phone? I'm not doing any follow/unfollow apps or anything like that. Just using Instagram as normal. Is it even possible to recover from Instagrams bullshit once I get a proxy setup or is that account just blacklisted? Thanks
