Instagram help Newbie!

First of all, i would appologize if the questions i ask have been said before. Really newbie to instagram so have some questions.

My main purpose is to monetize my ig account. I am not using any bot and just doing things manually. I am happy if it takes 2-3 months for me to reach 50k mark.

1) How does one find good hashtags for the niche posts?
2)Any tips on increasing followers naturally without shoutouts (dont have the cash)?
3)IG limits for following/unfollowing?
4)How does one do a shoutout?
5) WHen i get enough members, how can i find individuals who would be interested in promoting their products on my account?
6) I have read here that ig is banning people for putting any link on their bio/comments even to their own fb/twitter accounts or websites. Any tip regarding that?

These are all the questions i have in mind for now. Any other useful info would be appreciated.

1) How does one find good hashtags for the niche posts?

It depends on what niche you're in. Use your instagram app to look up hashtags or use iconosquare and it tells you how many posts use the hashtags and which are the most popular ones.

2)Any tips on increasing followers naturally without shoutouts (dont have the cash)?

Find the biggest accounts in your niche and follow/unfollow their newest followers. You can also search hashtags and like pics.

3)IG limits for following/unfollowing?

It all depends on how old your account is really. Start low and build up if you want to be safe and are looking long-term.

4)How does one do a shoutout?

There are loads of Shoutout4Shoutout (S4S) groups that make it easier to find people to do this. Or you could buy a shoutout from a large page. Google is your friend.

5) WHen i get enough members, how can i find individuals who would be interested in promoting their products on my account?

Put your contact details in your bio (email address/kik username etc.) and people will msg you. Or you can DM your new followers like another guy did telling them about shoutouts for $$$. There are also groups on this, use the search bar.
