Forget it, he is talking about Social Media Pannels, aka resellers of [fake] followers and other things.
As you seen to be a newbie try to first understand a simple principle:
What would happen if you started a new business and in the next day 10.000 gogle reviews appeared talking good things about your business?
This would be suspicious, yes it can indeed happen because we have the possibility of a viral thing or a hyped meme, but yet both extremes are suspicious.

For IG its the same thing, you create a account and bang 10 hours later you have 100k followers, what would you say about this, that is suspicious right?

Then come the effect: if it was viral you would somehow continue to grow or receive attention, so in the end it would make sense.

But then you get 100k followers, not even 40% of them like your content, not even 30% ever searched about or had any connection to your profile, not even 10% of them are real.

Than you keep posting, every post doesnt get even 5% of your follower number in likes and if it does isnt by your audience (fake likes bought).

Than IG comes to the final conclusion that somehow its so sketchy that isnt worth to keep showing your content to new audience, than you get "ghosted/shadowbanned" and basically end up with a account without any real audience, dead by itself that just have their following number decreasing and dropping.

Forget about SMM panels

If you have the budget look for growth services. They are services that manually grow your account and can guarantee organic growth. Bit different then client management.

It is rather expensive, but if you want to grow with 100% certainty and no blocks, bans, issues what so ever that is the way to go. Especially for a noobie
 
To increase your audience, you must first publish quality content and communicate with your followers. SMM panels can only harm you.
 
Agreed on the organic or quality content + communication with your followers. If you want to be safe, this is the way to go: post often, make sure the content you are posting is making people engage, eg. leave a question, start a discussion in the comments or just make it share-worthy. Of course, it depends on the kind of business you have, but this is the general principle.

I wouldn't suggest growth services, though, as most of them use bots to speed up the process (follow/ unfollow method). In my personal experience, the growth rate was quite slow and I was in constant fear of getting my account banned, because I wasn't sure how these providers were actually safe (using proxies, for example).
 
The best would be to hire a VA+Graphics designer and get them working together. I know it sounds expensive and a lot of work, but it's safe and you should see gradual increase in engagement and followers.

In my opinion the best way is to grow on ig is spamming on the concurrent accounts. A big net of accounts should do that. You can hire someone to do this or you can do it urself, this takes tons of time, also paid google/fb/jg traffic is an option, but this is expensive.

If you want to get followers you can easily buy from smm panels or package sellers. There are too many different platforms who service these kind of stuff. But be careful while choosing the website. Some of them are sending fake followers that will harm your account
