Instagram hashtags search

Hey guys, What do people search for when they search for hashtags?

I mean, i bet alot of hashtags is just there for the post and noone actually searches the hashtag and finds your picture.

Anyone got an idea how to make a research for this or do know some type of tags that people actually search?

alot of hashtags are banned..why? cuz people started using regular hastags as uploading porn lol.....

just scrape user pics comments /likes

Scrape user pics comments / likes. U ment like scrape a pic with alot of comments and search for hashtags in the text?

People do hashtags because if someone search same keyword/username there picture will show and they get likes/followers

that's a tough question, a good one though, but i think nobody can really answer this
my wild guess is that the popular hashtags - what people use the most to tag their pics - receive the most searches and you can easily find these if you do a google search, general ones, niche specific ones too

depending on which source you use, there are admittedly ~1k-2.5k pics uploaded in every second to instagram and it's growing, if you want to get noticed through the search, you should tag your pics with a few (relevant) popular hashtags and a few less popular but not too obscure ones too (upto 10 total), it all depends on your aim though

I would like to know that too. I have a smaller account (~6k) and I've been trying to optimize the hashtag list so I could get maximum exposure. I figured it would be best if i reach the top post on smaller generic hashtags ( 20k - 200k).

I am not very experienced, so I can't be sure. If anybody knows more about this, please share.
