Also this using the same hashtags mess please stop spreading that unless you have facts. I know one account who has been using the same hashtags nonstop and their engagement and likes are just fine. They still have pics go viral as well.

It's more than likely whatever has been going on with instagram and whatever changes they are making. Just sticky it out and hope things settle down and return to normal soon.

It has nothing to do with your device or similar. It has to do with spammy behavior, even normal users get easily ghosted if they do stuff manually (ex. if you use #whatsapp #snapchat and similar you get ghosted pretty quick). What you need to do is to check if you're ghosted from using specific hashtags or hashtags overall. So first post a few images with hashtags that you have never used before. If you can do that, then it only means you need to switch between different hashtags more frequently. If it does not work, then you are ghosted in general. What you need to do then is to keep posting photos but with no hashtags at all, for a couple of days or maybe even weeks depending on how "hard" ghosted you are

Edit: The reason to why you are getting lower likes etc now is probably because you are in a bad cycle. - Because you are hashtag ghosted you get lower engagement, resulting in IG algorithm ranking your posts lower resulting in even lower engagement.
