I have made my own proxies and using one provider i cant mention here because he dont have a salesthread here.
I use SSL PRIVATE PROXY
Is the location of the proxy the important part or the fact that a proxy itself is a virgin Instagram proxy?
I got a email verification loop from Jarvee using my home IP when I was using my phone using the same IP lol.

If the location of the proxy vs where the account has been mainly used is irrelevant and it is all in the proxy, that means a “quality” proxy simply means one that either isn’t flagged from a rather large company or has a large history.
Creating my own proxies would be brand new, would that always be 100% avoiding the email loop? If So, Would I create a server and install a proxy app to make my own ?

Yes.
The issue is that IG can flag proxies and range of proxies.
After making my own, i never had any loop or follow block. I can even like with 80% of them.

Wait so I will buy aged Insta accounts and hook em up to jarvee ? That's all I thought you have to get ? What else do I have to do ?

If you think its ''just'' that and the $$$ rolls in, you are so wrong... It's not that easy anymore. You have to test,test,test. And then still 90% of the users will not make any $.
I see. Interesting how some can’t like. So location really doesn’t matter, just the usage of that IP. I will try and let you know

Please confirm me if I`m wrong, I`am new to Instagram bots, but checkpoint is that:
a) Instagram thinks that someone hacked your account, most of people registered new account on home ip then they confirm it and after that they run that account in proxy (different ip). Boom and you get checkpoint as it thinks that you account whose hacked.
b) Low quality proxies as they are blacklisted in instagram.
But at any point I think it is A, becouse facebook, steam and other big companies have like this security. I had big list of facebook accounts and I tried to enter them, basically 1-3% I only can enter as I get checkpoint that they will send to phone or email confirmation.
So from my opinion if you have like my 3 accounts run on your ip.
