Hi,

I am new to the community.

I have been working with Instagram for sometime and grew an account to 100k. This was mainly due to figuring out some stuff early on and trendhopping on reels.

But now that doesn't seem to work anymore.

Meanwhile, I see some accounts growing fast so clearly, i am doing something wrong or missing out on something

Can anyone direct me to a product (paid or otherwise) that can offer insights into the nuances of Instagram. What to do and what not to do etc to grow quickly.

Or any advice you can give is also appreciated.

I am growing some accounts right now with 1000s of followers a day by posting viral reels and trending content

How much reach are you getting per reel?

Can you mention your settings for reel

Mainly
hashtags (how many, criteria for selection)
Insta audio or yours
Any topics used
Any other setting
Length of reels

how about sharing your experience first?
What did you do to grow the account to 100k and what did you do after your tricks got patched?
 
As I said, nothing special. Or no hack as per this community's standards.

I hopped on reels around ten months ago.

Back then, they were getting a massive boost.

Just getting videos online and posting quotes on it with insta sounds, they had good reach.

Even 5-6 sec reels were doing great. And I posted daily, sometimes two times. So insta was recommending my content a lot.

Now I am not getting my stuff shown to new people.

That's the main problem with growth; insta is not pushing my reels.

I assume insta made some changes to the algorithm regarding hashtags/topics/length of reels. Or maybe they introduced new criteria.

So if anyone has found new stuff /settings/things that work on insta ... would be helpful if you can share

use trending hashtags, caughty captions, viral sounds and viral videos
 
hm, how about analyzing your target audience, finding competitors and then mass following of competitors followers? at least ppl will see you're intesting for them.
or just ads :anyway:
 
Try to engage with your audience by liking and commenting. You can make content strategies according to you niche and audience. You can make "how to" content for reel. You can also start a series on a specific topic to keep your audience engaged. You can share exciting news related to your niche and this can help you attract new followers.

You need an audience that you communicate with, which will bring you growth on Instagram. When you answer their comments and ask them questions you can have a better relationship with your followers and that can help you grow.

It happens to many Instagram accounts after a while for some random reason IG kills the reach and it's pretty common on IG.
Also, it can be that you acquired a lot of dead or non-engaging audiences and now your content is not being pushed to new accounts cause the current audience is not interacting with it.
You can try to post reels that got the most views and see if that's working for you.

You need to do some research on what your audience wants to see, and then make high-quality content according to that. You can also find some of the most trending reels in your niche and copy their content or simply repost the reel. Also, reply to the comments on your existing posts so that Instagram pushes your content in the audience's feed.
 
There are no such tricks, use viral sounds and hashtags

then share other social platforms.

  • Keep Up with Trends.
  • Make Stories Fun.
  • Post Stories Daily.
  • Use Hashtags Wisely.
  • Make Your Content Shareable.
  • Post Carousels Instead of One Photo.
  • Write Good Captions.
