Okay, first excuse me for my bad grammar English skills. I will also skip the intro part and go for the method. Also i won't reveal my niche. So.. lets begin !

Lets first talk about numbers and time.

I was looking for a formula that can give you a idea how much time you need to spend to get 10k followers ( around 1k likes per pic for 24h ) and how much traffic that kind of account can drive. Couldn't find anything, so I have tested myself. I know the traffic really depend on the niche and still some statistic would be good if you could see.

What I use is FollowLiker, found it to be the best so far. Before 3 months I did set up brand new account (not aged). Was using (and still use) the default settings and even lower. So for 3 months I have 10k real followers and receive 1k likes per picture in 24h. This account provide me around 100 UV daily. It's not much, but let me explain you how to get the most of it.

The monetization part.

No matter in what niche you are, you would want to do this:

- Use your IG for User generated Content
- Collect mails

The rest is up to you: Maybe adsense, maybe affiliate. Stay away from CPA, if you want to build something that will last longer. Just my humble tip. Instagram can change the unwritten rules any time and people who use too agressive ways for monetization to fail hard.

So how to make someone to give you mail and to actually provide content for you ( image + text )?
What I do is to tell people that i give shout outs, lead them to a page with submit script and on all fields (Name, Mail, IG username, Text area, Upload Image ) I put "required". That mean they can not submit, unless they fill every field. Also at the text field area i put 200 characters required. Less than 200 characters ( this is around 3-4 sentences ) and the system will tell them to write more. At the end, when the user successfully submit, you have his name, mail, image and text. Okay, for mail marketing it's clear: you want his mails so you can promote him stuff later, build relation and bank it. What about the image and the text ? Well I had a test before 2-3 years ( it was blackhat attempt to cheat the SE with "trashy" content ) and the test was a fail and success in same time. I've learned that no matter what content you post, if you have lets say 50k "article" of it, you will drive traffic eventually ( 5-6 ) months. Without hardcore SEO, just more social signals, anyway this is another story.

So, my point is this: Collect the content from people, it will pay you later with SE traffic. And collect their mails for mail marketing later. You can also put adsense without a problem, because you have unique content.

So what I'm saying is that I do give free shout outs. Daily I receive about 20 submits from those 100 visitors, so i collect 20 mails and receive 20 "articles". At the submit form i do explain to people that submissions does not guarantee posting in the IG account. So from those 20 submits I pick the best 4-5 quality images and give them shout out. When I reach 30k followers, i will add option in the submit form that will allow people to pay for guaranteed shout out. Depending on the paid requests i receive, I will rise or lower the price for the shout out. My goal will be 6-7 paid requests daily with optimal price. I want to wait, because i really want to provide people followers, not just take their money.

To try my method you will need to code or pay for your site, because there are no ready site scripts that have those features. Maybe you can set up wordpress and use some plugins, I have tested and I can tell that there are options if you can't code it yourself ( like me, I'm doing this with friend ). Lets be clear. I do not want you to PM me with offers to buy the site script or any information. This thread is not about this.

Also I want to share my dreams and expectations about this project.
In the next 5-6 months i hope I will have 30-40k followers and 3-4k likes per picture. That will increase the interest of the users and provide me at least 5x content and mails. This will be the time when I will give them option to pay for the shout out and also buy membership, where i will provide eBooks, information about the niche, products and other interesting things. I also hope that i will manage to grow another account in the same niche, using my big account. Build an empire. I will expect to receive at least 300 submits every day and some traffic from the search engine. Forgot to mention that I'm planning a weekly conquests. The picture that get most likes every sunday receive shout out 100% guaranteed. So people share their post in their own social networks, asking friends and followers to help them with the likes. That will bring more and more visitors in my site.

Now I want to ask a few questions:

Anyone who have accounts with more than 50k followers, share some information, please. I'm interested in:
- How long took you to gain your followers ?
- After which numbers (followers) your account start to "explode" ? With other words, how many followers/likes per picture I need so I can appear in popular and become viral ?
- Share how big your accounts are and how much traffic you receive
- Do you have more interesting way of monetization than the usual ?
- Share some advanced tips and tricks if you have some

Best Regards

When you reach around 50-60k and 2-3k+ likes per pic, I can say you are established, well known and ready to start some business. Depending on the niche you can either, start or promote a brand, do cpa with mobile apps, or lead your followers to your money site/blog. There are probably some more but these are in my mind right now...

I don't get the articles bit. Why are people writing articles when they want a shoutout?

Because I have something they want. A shout out. So spending few minutes is a good trade. And i want those articles, because they can bring money. They will spend time to write few sentences, because it's free. And "FREE" is so powerful word. There is no free launch and I think it's a fair trade. Win-win situation.

Thank you for the Info...i have never tried instagram

I have a 108K (4-7k likes p/p) account and the best way to get some money is by going on rival pages and contacting the owners of the adverts and giving them a better price. You can only do this if you have a visually better like ratio. I have double the ratio to all my competition which i love. I have stolen 5 customers in a week from 1 rival account which has given me about $600 in 7 weeks...i couldnt believe it.

I can't see this working for the niche I am in. The articles will be poor and rushed and what are they supposed to write about? Do you give them a topic and they write something off the top of their head or do you just leave a box and they have to figure it out for themselves? You would get more emails if you just left out the article bit. The getting emails bit is good though I could use this. Thanks.

$50 for a 4hr post but they are all small businesses wanting me to post products and because its in my niche my followers dont mind. And the customer is happy when they see 2.5-3k likes in 4hrs vs not even 1k likes on a 24hr post on the other account that promoted the same photo.

yeah, i understand. But you only win 800 dollars for month with one acc 100k followers?

Depending on your niche. I have tested this: Ask them to answer a questions that can "pull" SEO answers. With other words, I was asking them to write something that someone can look for in the search engine. For example, if you are in weight loss niche, you could ask the person what tips he can give to other people who are trying to lose some weight. So when the person give his tips and/or personal experience, someone tomorrow can look for exactly this information in the search engines and hop on your site.
So you need to use your brain how to ask the questions. Here a bad example of a question: If you ask them to share what they like to do in their free time, what color they like or something that nobody cares. If you do your job right, you can receive very good content.
What I was telling you was that I've tested with many questions and with just a "share your story". When I go for more question ( that mean more content ) I receive less submits. This is because they are still not motivated enough to take some time and submit something very quality. When I go for short "tell me a story" I receive more submits ( that mean more mails and more pictures to continue grow my Instagram account without using copyright pictures that nobody allows me to use ). For now i will stick with the "tell me a story" thing, but in future I will ask for lets say 400 words articles with word counter near the text field.
I really count on this user generated content to bring me a lot of money. Count on it even more than the mails I can use for mail marketing.

thank you for sharing this nice post, unfortunately i dont know anyone who could help me out with your automated process.
