I'm looking for someone that has extensive knowledge of Instagram and that can build me an account to around 40k. As I am in my last year of school I don't have enough time to dedicate to Instagram to have good success.
It would be a long term relationship as building an account to this size would take time. I'm looking for someone that can build accounts that average 300+ new followers a day.

Price is too low, with $100 you can get about 10k followers not 40k.
40k account is worth roughly $.01 per follower = $400, depending on niche and monetize methods.
