Instagram growth issue

So i have issues with instagram growth, i didnt do much instagram ever before much, and about almost 2 months i have started posting reels and some posts, i post about 2-3 a day. My content is mainly informational/educational related to technology, but for some reason i simply cant grow my account, reach is almost nonexistent.

Im not interested in black hat methods, im just doing natural stuff and i post regularly and interact with people.
I worked with youtube and tiktok mainly in the last few years, and these things just work, if your content has a good retention, growth is guaranteed over time, but instagram algorithm is super weird and it seems it doesnt care about my content at all.

Most of the reels have like 10 views tops.
Please skip the part about content quality and all that because thats not the issue, the issue is that instagram is not even trying to test content with people and im wondering is thats just how instagram is or?
I will keep posting regardless, but it bothers me that almost no growth is happening after so much time.

any clues how much ads can help? do they improve overall natural reach as well?
 
Yes, try and get accounts with high engagements in your niche.
Message them and ask how much to promote, usually between $5-10.

Look for accounts that have at least average of 30k views on reels, with 50-80 comments at least.

Post quality contents, you can look for old performing posts on similar pages and repost with your own caption.

Unfortunately i cant repost, im building very specific style of content and brand with it, but i will try to reach to other pages for that, thanks for the tip.

If possible if you have another phone that you don't need, restart it to fabric, and use internet bandwidth if you haven't used it for ig/fb before, create a new account and post the same videos just change them a bit so that Instagram algorithm doesn't sees it as a same video.
 
You can run ads, reason being Instagram wants the user to spend as much money they can in exchange of growth
 
I have a natural growth method that allows a large number of users to view posts by placing them at the top of specific tabs.
And I've implemented it and mastered the Instagram algorithm
 
without promotion its too difficult. so try to posting and boosting or promotion...
 
yeah I have noticed it also. IDK how the account will benefit organic reach after the running ads are over.
 
I believe using a little bit of blackhat methods will not harm your account. You can start by increasing your followers in a good way such as following people in your niche daily only 30-50 and you can start unfollowing them after 1-2 weeks. This will increase your followers and once you have good followers then growth will start automatically without even following
 
Instagram ads are the most effective way. There is a very high probability that shares with reels content will be discovered.
 
Did you got banned account before on the same device?
 
Your content is 100% the issue. The sooner you admit this the better. Denial will lead to nowhere.

Instagram algorithm is no different from youtube or tiktok. It rewards you for providing value to viewers, measured by various behaviours such as retention and engagement. In fact the instagram reels algorithm is based on tiktok, which itself is a simplified version of the youtube suggested videos algorithm.

Your problem is youre confusing value with quality. Just because content is good technical quality, does not mean its valuable to the viewer. It simply is not what people want or need to see. If it was you would be seeing results. If people were caring about and were interested in your videos, Instagram would be pushing them to more people.

You have to cater to supply and demand, if demand for a certain product is near zero or already completely satisfied by other players and you are not doing anything to have a significantly better offer than them, quality is irrelevant because an extra supplier will not add any value to the market.

You already know all the answers, you literally wrote the answer to your own question in your own thread... but for some reason you choose to ignore it. Get upset at me all you want, tell me its not the answer you want, but the sooner you accept it the sooner you will find the solution and start seeing views.

My suggestion is you try using follow/unfollow method. Follow a few people daily in your niche and once you reach 3k-4k followed accounts start unfollowing and repeat this method 2-3 time and you then let your account grow naturally. In the start asking for natural is asking too much.

I get what you are saying, but technology niche is not very easy to grow, no matter the content. And i really need that specific thing. Accounts that are too serious barely have any reach, only huge brands can get by, but even they have very few engagement.

There are no many options to improvise or change, while its true that on youtube i had more success, youtube is also more fitting for such niche. I think that the only truth here is that instagram users are mostly not interested in too serious topics. They are more prone than tiktok audience to want to learn something, but percentage of such users is definitely in decline.

Instagram growth is not a requirement for what im trying to do, but i just wanted to see if i can obtain some presence there. I have spent money on ads too, but no much luck. On the other hand, since this post, it has been only one month and other accounts that i made have grown pretty good, but topics of them is not that serious and they are flexible and that kind of content is sharable.

Well, if it doesnt work and there is no demand, if you truly think its not possible they definitely dont waste your time. It happens!
