Instagram growing too slow

I am, but getting often follow blocked for like 60mins, but even when I don't get it I still don't get more than 10 follows a day..

It's likely to be bad targeting + low follows per day.
New proxy = problem solved with blocks.

How should I check if my targeting is bad? And how do I choose with targeting is good and which one is bad?

Check your follow back ratio per source.
From my awareness Followplanner doesn't offer analytics so you have to do this by yourself.
Just target 1 source for 3 or 4 days for example and see how many people you follow and how many followed you back.
Do this with different sources to find out what works best for you.
Another reason why you may be getting a low followback might be your content though.

It depends. If your account is large you can use more. Gotta test. No one knows exactly because IG changes the spam parameters all the time.

FollowPlanner allows you to see stats on sources by going to Assets.

Probably just followblocked, let the account rest for 1-2 days and try again.

If you have tried hashtags, revision and improvement of content, advertising, but the number of followers has not increased, then I can advise you to various Instagram bots. Did you use it?

Your settings are probably too aggressive. How old is this account? Did you warm it up? Also look into your targeting, did you do proper research? Botting isn't easy, if you've never done proper, manual instagram (get an account to 5-10k yourself) it'll be super hard for you to get the hang of botting. Just because its automated doesn't make it easy, just makes it more convenient & easier to scale.

My advice is to change the service. You have to choose that one that provides you free proxy in order to avoid blockings and that one that has an ability to set your promotion.
Try to add some more features in order to attract more people (I mean auto DM, hashtag generator, etc.). I'm sure it will help you.
There are smart services that don't allow your account to exceed the limits and help you to get really good promotion.
