Instagram free number verification?

Are there free numbers for verifying instagram profiles? I used the NextPlus app before, but the instagram now recognizes the numbers as fake and removes them from the account.

Right. @AngelG9 what will you do when Instagram asks you again after 10 days for SMS verification? They now do multiple verifications not just once.
 
Is this a major bug in the system or what is the problem with Insta ? I been getting SMS code verification every other night and I made no changes to my account its a 100K+ Artist account and I am running no bot and using my own Phone Number...;/
 
So it's best to use a real sim card?
 
whats the best way for an american to do this? I know some countries you can buy sim cards for 1$.... In USA it seems like the lowest cost cell service is like 5-10$ a month and it takes a couple days to setup just to get a sim card...
 
I can buy a card at any merchant for 3 euros
