You can get over 100 followers in a day. But, ensure you focus on quality over quantity and engage naturally. You can also use hashtags.

in my opinion, you can follow nearly 100 people per day. But using it continuously will mark you as spam. Be aware of it.

There is no such exact number of followings. You can follow people like 10-20 everyday. It shows organic followings to avoid getting flagged.

Some accounts (aged) can follow more.
If I were to follow I would stay safe and do 10 follows/h.

It depends on the account age, activity and engagement. For newly created accounts, it's recommended to follow only 50-100 accounts per day. Try to avoid spammy behavior while following the accounts.

The first day, follow 50 people, the next day add 55 more people, increase slowly and the maximum number of people you should follow is 200 people, no more. Otherwise, IG will limit the number of views of your posts

You can follow up to 200 people per day on Instagram, but do it gradually to avoid being detected as spam. Additionally, the maximum number of accounts you can follow is 7,500.
