Instagram Following Problem

Hello BHW mates! Few days ago I posted a thread saying that I'm having just 2.6% follow back ratio, but now I found something
Let's say I'm following 2330 people
Now I choose to follow 100 more people
Then when I open my profile page, there is 2430 following and then immediately change back to 2330
Some times it get back to 2330 but sometimes just increase 5-10 followers
I'm showing in the followers of those accounts which I Do follow, but with my profile only

When I use a different accounts and check the followers of any account which I followed with my 1st accounts, my 1st account isn't there
What is this problem and what's the solution guys?

It sounds like block to me. Just wait few hours and it will be okay.. And try to follow someone on the web not on the apllication, if that work then its just block. Also is better your account to be confirmed with email and number.
