Instagram Following limit.

So basically, I've been manually following/unfollowing for the past month and had 3 temp blocks on the follow feature.
Now here is the thing that Im facing.

Lets say I am following 300. I can follow around 45-50 people max.
So if I wanna continue following another 45-50 people I've to wait for a few minutes right?
Thats the thing. Even if I waited for an hour, I can't follow UNLESS I unfollow and pull down my followings to 300 (the original number).
If lets say I unfollow just 30, I can only follow 3 accounts.


Anyone having the same problem?

Hour is not a really long time to wait.

There are certain Instagram limits for activites for an hour, they are somewhere published, just look it up.

Now I can't follow more than 30 people.
It seems the number of people I can follow keeps decreasing and decreasing.

What should I do?
