Please i would like to know all about Instagram following limits daily and what it should take for an instagram account new or old to be able to follow 100-200 accounts in a day.

Do all your actions batchs, so every hour you can follow around 10 users. I find this makes a difference and also all accounts who have a different proxy. No proxy sharing

If I were in your shoes, I would keep it around 60-80 per day. Also, make sure to follow/unfollow them with a gap. When I say, 60-80, I mean to follow/unfollow then within 12-15 hours.

The speculated limit is 200. But play it safe and do 100-120 follows. You can also like posts to substitute follows.

In my opinion you should focus on 50-150 just to be safe. Either way 150 should be more than enough

be active on account reels share videos watch like posts watch stories act like a normal user You can send 100 requests every 2 hours

200 - 300 by Day, but you must upload stories, photos reels like a regular account

2-300 daily with a 7500 max follower count.

you can follow 100 and then 200 ,300 ... little by little each day

There are many factors like how active you are in other actions and the age of the account. 60 follows twice a day with min 1-hour difference works great for me if I have a very good target (wherever I am following). And I can also do the same number of unfollows. Basically, it varies and usually, the best practice is to do a little several times a day rather than all at once. Also, an important role plays how many accounts you have on the device. I usually have a lot of issues with 4 accounts per ip but it goes muuuuuch smoother with 3 accounts.

New instagram account maybe 50-100 from what I've heard, but warmed up accounts I've been able to do over 200 a day.

30 followers per hour is good, you can increase your limits as the engagement of the account increases
