Hey guys is there any good method to get instagram followers.

I think you should read Social Networking Sites Section here 
But in my opinion: In Instagram, to get more followers:
1. Like photos in your niches
2. Create a theme for your photo
3. Socialize as much as you can
4. Create and use Hashtags in your posts
5. Encourage followers to take action (like, comments etc)
6. Link your Instagram account to other social media accounts.
7. By creating a Paid Campaign
But in my opinion: In Instagram, to get more followers:

You can try a method of Following famous accounts such as Instagram account or Justin Bieber account, follow them, wait few minutes and unfollow them, repeat.
Some people are following their followers, you are the latest followers and you get followed by someone.
Or you can just buy them if you want to increase your followers count.

My favorite technique for building up Instagram followers is actually quite simple.
What I do is I follow other big names in my niche.
I pay attention to the pictures that they post.
I also pay attention to the types of people that like their posts.
If you know what you're doing you could see that there is pattern here.
You could see that certain types of people tend to follow certain types of picture.
Also, you would notice that there is a pattern regarding the sort of hashtags that they use.
Knowing this information you then create similar content or source similar content and follow that same tagging system.
You'd be surprised as to how quickly you can ramp up purely organic, real followers using this approach.
It's all about copying what works and promoting it through your comments to people who may be interested in similar content.

Post quality content, at regular times, stay as active as you can i.e. likes, comments etc. use relevant hashtags and learn from your biggest competitors what they're account looks like, the content etc. Good luck!
