I am looking for someone who can find me at least 1000 highly targeted followers for my instagram account. these followers need to be:

1. Highly active
2. Targeted to my niche
3. Good follower ratio

make your account private

make a post in any reddit/facebook groups
saying that you relesed a news song and ask the people to rate it and support you
i guess some people will start following you as it is a private account and they need to follow you to see your posts

maybe something like this will work

Getting the first 1000 is the hardest.

Considering he already have like 300-500+ (ideally 1K+) followers - this is actually a good idea to go private.

Yes, to make the account more attractive, it must refer to it some followers. The more you have, the better the private account effect.
