REAL followers come with a hefy price tag. If you do find price tag at a bargin price, chances are, the followers aren't real. It doesn't take long to gain followers on your own with a bot.

It all depends on what is your definition for real active followers is! There are quite some services though in the BHW Marketplace which provide Instagram followers which like and comment on all your pictures ensuring that it doesn't just adds up to your fake followers count but instead provide a lot of engagement on the picture to make everything look legit!

Looks like you've had a really experience with a seller, I would suggest you to try someone better with good reviews over the marketplace. That shouldn't happen if you buy from a reputed and trusted seller and in case if that occurs due to some technical issues, the seller should happily re-deliver them once again with bonus!
