Yes, I know for this, but this is not a solution to the problem because when I have hundreds of orders a day, it is very difficult to influence clients to do this before ordering, and if you use more stringent methods on the site, such as pop-up before ordering and several notices, this may affect conversion and the number of orders. Therefore, it’s easier to find a panel where it works without the flag being blown out. There are a number of ponels, but there the speed is 10-20 per hour, it’s slow

Try SMMpanel. We use their services for the last 3 months with no issues.
 
There are services that work, but you need to ask the staff that work on those websites to provide you with the ID numbers of the ones that do.

I know some panel they are providing flag on / off doesn't matter providing 100k followers a day

Currently only no refill and 30 day refill services are working our provider is service is working good enough getting 40-50k followers in 24H
