Instagram follower lists are not working properly

Has anyone noticed how when you load follower lists it shows you people that you're following first? and it takes forever to load. Followliker seems to be affected too, everything is super slow for scraping users

Yeah.. seen this on few accounts.. not all account are affected yet.. Lord knows what instagram is up to

Instagram killed pagination and now just returns a blob of around 7000 users, no more
