before if follow 100 people mostly 40 ppl will follow me back. now only 10 ppl following me back. i think instagram did some thing for this

It still works and definitely a method for more interactions, following and unfollowing method still the best to grow IG and incraese engagements.

Try a case study have two accounts, one on a proxy. Take the same actions, same sample group, see if the results vary.

The follow method doesn't work well. I get more followers when I just like a tweet in my niche.

WHY ?

Because people follow twitter acc' but doesn't unfollow them when the topic no longer interests them. When they tweet about your niche, you must STRIKE! You need to like the tweet so they check ur twitter account and like it if you don't post shitty content. You need to touch your audience, when they are interests in your niche. So when they are ? When they tweet about it. Simple.
