instagram follow/unfollow limits ?

I assume, you are not kidding, even if it sounds ... wow. How are you doing that and isn't there a danger of getting banned or losing the account? Would be really nice to get more info from you, iglover.
I have not used Follow4Follow in Instagram but have tried it with other social media sites in the past (with mixed results). Thanks for sharing your experience though so I know to stay clear of that on Instagram. Also, if you are not getting results in like4like, just manually follow 100 or so people/day based off your niche and the recommendations Instagram makes. I have been at it for a week and now I'm getting 40 followers/day without much effort on my part. Just stick to a niche for your pictures so Instagram recommends you to similar accounts.

You can follow 1000 or more manually in a day. I once unfollowed 400+ manually in one go around ... took 30 minutes because I was waiting for my friends. My theory is that you can get away with high number of actions once a while but if you're conducting those type of heavy actions consistently you're definitely getting ban or a PVA - it doesnt look humane...Overall, I believe IG looks at daily total actions, age of the account and your IP.
