Now about the limits you need to test that yourself, if you get any block that means you need to lower your settings. Just keep trying until you stop getting temp. blocks.

He is going manual so these limits dont apply.
You will more than likely be temp blocked from following before they ban you. If you hit a temp block then take it as a warning that you're going too fast.
