It barely matters. Aged or not, after a proper warm-up, I recommend doing ~200 not more. You can aim for 300, but I won't recommend it for obvious reasons.

You might need to change your setup, 50 followers per day is pretty low (but at least - safe). Also, you might consider adding some more actions, in order to get a better ROI with those 50 follows

Around 20 follows per hour. Try to spread them out or else you run the risk of getting shadowbanned.
