i will suggest you to not to go with api software.
go with real devices automation. that way you can have more trust score in accounts and your accounts will be safe. it is one time investment but it will work great.

create them using custom domain and for managing them use boomlify temp mail, cause it have centralized dashboard and custom domain support.

I'm planning to do something similar to what you're trying to do. V6 proxies are banned quickly. I wouldn't use more than one per account. If I'm using it for mass spam, I wouldn't buy aged. I'd either buy them en masse or use a creator bot with a rotating proxy. Or at least that's how we used to do it. The question is, which bot do I use? Jarvee has never been good at handling multiple accounts.

The best way is to create the account accounts yourself using high quality proxies. Choosing the right Proxies depends on what/how you will build the infrastructure for your instagram automation depending on if it will be PC or Mobile only. For the IG accounts i suggest you to hire a Virtual assistant which in my opinion is the safest route, sure you can buy 1K IG accounts but you just never know the quality of those accounts which can impact your reach/ruin your CR as instagram is extremely strict. If you are inexperienced i suggest you to start with a lower amount of accounts, if you prioritize quality over quantity then 50 good accounts can outperform 1000 sluggish accounts. What are you planning to upload in such mass creation? are you aware of instagram collecting metadata that will punish spammers reposting the same content? you will have to clean the videos. Also one PRO tip that may bypass some time is creating the accounts on a 0 IP Fraud Score that can be checked via (scamalytics), that isn't mandatory though!

Not using known email providers such as GMAIL usually will flag/shadow ban you and not give you highest trust score forcing you to warm up for much longer. Ideally making them with phone number is also good and quicker but harder to recover if lost.

Purchasing aged accounts is a smarter choice for a farm look for sellers of bulk PVA in marketplace and use proxies to get the best outcomes.
Consider using dedicated large-scale automation or PVA software since regular social media management tools aren't built for this level of operation.

1) For Android phone farms - get aged accounts, for iOS phone farms - registering them yourself can also work.
2) No need to have residential ipv4 proxies, use socks5 mobile proxies as these will allow you to run 10-15 IG accounts per device. Cheapest is to just use your own SIM card and an android device as a proxy.
3) There are several available on the marketplace. Though I use my own.

My honest answer is that the best thing you can do is handle everything yourself. Create your own accounts, host your own mobile proxies, and develop your own software to automate everything. That is the best approach. You will get the highest quality that way. It is more expensive, but you will not run into problems such as low quality accounts, proxies being shared with others, or software not being up to date, because it always needs maintenance since Instagram makes updates and things change. That is why the best thing you can do is host everything yourself and have full control over everything. That is my experience.

You can check the marketplace here but you'll have to try out multiple SMM panels in order to find something that you like and that fits you. Ask for free trials of they have them. 3. Automation can get you banned very easily but one tool I know that can do this is Onimator ; you can use it at your own risk as it may flag your accounts and ban you. Alternatively I suggest using VAs either from Pakistan or Phillipines in order to manage your accounts.
