I don't think there is. Most bots are built for pc because you can do everything from your pc-laptop. For pc I like Ninjagram the most.

It's not real devices that cause it, its ADB (Android Debug Bridge)

trash setup, wires everywhere. i burnt out so many USB hubs before the last one started throwing sparks and burning :D
 
There are many market place sellers that have some bots you might be interested in. Just use the search tool under MarketPlace.
 
You can code one if u know python. There is plenty guys doing reels/story likes that way
 
using follow/unfollow method you could easily get ban, at least I got one
As I understand this is called spamming or i'm wrong ?
 
You could try pc softwares such as sharing tools, onimator but yeah I don't think there is some mobile app.

Mobile app based ones are easy to use, but easy to detect also. There was one that I saw in 2018/2019. I had tested it. It didn't last much longer.
