Instagram Extract DM usernames

Hey,

I would like to extract the names of the accounts that DM me on Instagram.
If there's a way to automate this process so that I can directly add new people who DM me into a Google Sheets document, that would be perfect.
However, even just a manual extraction method would be great!

Do you have any tools to recommend for this ?

Not sure about tools but just get a VA to do it, its the simplest job to do it for anyone.
