Instagram explore page

If i were to make a new account, how do i set it up where it is able to hit the explorer page? I would make new accounts and feed it with engagement from pods and huge groups of friends liking my posts but it would never hit the explorer page. After 3 days or so some of my accounts would hit after posting something new and other accounts dont ever hit at all like a permanent shadow ban... I want a method to be able to create new accounts and having them eligible to hit the explorer page if fed loads of engagement from friends
