Instagram Error message.

Has anyone gotten this message ever? It happens to me after I log in and I can't do anything. This is on the browser. On mobile, it has a different message that says "Cannot refresh feed". This only happened on one of my accounts, and I can't do anything after I log in. It's been like this for a few days. The account is still up tho, as it can be viewed by other accounts.
