Touch fresh target list everyday ( follow, like, comment , watchstories and so on)

Depend on what you are looking for:
- automation - there are a lot of services here (grow fast, but risky)
- manual - you can do it yourself or look for a service (grow slow, but cleaner).
Either way, you gotta keep posting (good quality content for your niche) and engage to your followers posts (that will increase your engagement).
Post at least 3-4 times/week and make a hashtag research for your niche.
Do all that and you'll see good results in one month, better in 3.
