How do I get my Engagement up? My likes are only like 130-150 and have like 20.4K followers. I do engagement via telegram sometimes and it helps but not much and I am also in one group with my specific niche but even that not much. Any advise is appreciated Thanks.
I am also open to buying likes just to show people but need a solid site that is reliable. Thanks guys!

Today 6-DEC-2019 the algorithm has changed. Once you get 1,000 followers your posts are not showed to all. Your reach (the number of followers who see your post in their feed) depends of how many followers like it in the time.
When you post, it is displayed to a few followers, if some of them like it, it is shown to more followers, if the new ones like it, if is showed to more, until it becomes "viral". This does not depend of the quality of the image, pods, gifts, hashtags, the time you use the app, your interactions, etc. but how many followers were available when the post is displayed. If at a moment very few followers like the image, it will not be displayed to the rest. This is why pods (buying likes) do not work anymore, they give you likes at a moment, but not during a period of time, neither by the next round of followers.
Making it worst, IG is hiding likes,in the US, as a result, less people like you (30% less),.
Why IG is making it? The same happened when the current CEO was in FB, he dropped the reach to 2% (current IG reach is 10%) and many stupids paid ads to "fix it", until they realised it was a swindle and currently no serious creator uses FB.
The solution is to be in contact with your followers by a different way than your posts, but IG does not want it, I suffered all type of banns because of this. You will need to find the best for you: Close friends, Stories, Caption, Bio link, "Tell a friend", etc.
Once you create an alternative communication channel,, depending of your goals, you can ask your followers to be aware of the changes (if you are botting) or move them to a "friendlier" app (All the creators I know are moving to TikTok).
If you are company and you want to have presence in IG, your destiny is to pay ads, this is how the system is made.
As you may realise, all the previous methods are useless. Linking your followers manually will give you a few likes, not engagement.
The hashtags are good to increase your Exposure (the number of users whom IG recommends your account), but it will not increase your engagement, actually this will drop, because if you have 15 likes and 100 followers (15% of engagement), when you get 200 followers, keeping 15 likes, you have 7.5%, which will get down until 2%, the average.
