I know I can do that with my own account, but will it do it for other peoples accounts? I want to sort through @Instgram to see which posts were most engaging. Is this possible?

If the number of pictures in the account are less, maybe you can go through them manually and see which one got the most number of likes.
This process can obviously be automated with a bot using the online version of Instagram but I doubt there's any bot out there yet to perform the task.

I was thinking the same the other day.
Definitely a custom bot will do the job.
What I do is use the Grids app (MAC OS) is kind of easy because only hovering over with the cursor you see the number of likes, so I don't need to click the photo to see it.
And of course I saw the followers and calculate in my mind the 4% 3% or 2% of engagement
