Instagram Engagement Group

I'm creating a new Instagram Engagement Group since most groups seem to be full/inactive.

How It Works?
Each member of the telegram group will post a link to their post. Members of the group will LIKE & COMMENT to increase engagement on that member's post.

Requirements
- 250+ followers
- Telegram app
- No spam (simply post link to your post)
- Must participate and be active - inactive members will be removed

My apologies for being clueless, but what's the purpose of Telegram?
Can you run instagram on it?

 

It's a messaging service kind of like whatsapp or Signal for example. It allows groups where u can post link, pics,etc...
Nothing to do with instagram it's just a gathering place.
