I'm not aware of any particular software but I think there are professionals who do this kind of scraping. Your requirements are quite customized so better opt in for professional help. Try posting your requirements in "Hire a Freelancer", someone who knows how to do this should turn up.

There are a few softs. However you could scrap email only from the opensource , i mean if user mention his mail in bio or from business accoutns. You can't scrap email from regular account that didn't mentioned it in bio.

DO NOT BUY GROWMEORGANIC. They did some update back in November that made the program glitch. No further updates after that, and no response on their live chat or by email. It previously was a good tool, but useless now.
