Does posting stuff while using a follow bot increase the chance of getting banned or verifications?

How often should I post to stay safe?

Just make sure you don't use too many copyrighted images - Or you will get banned if someone asks for a takedown. I usually post 3 images per day and have no issues.

...and don't overdo it. Posting a lot gets you a lot of exposure and it could increase the chances of being taken down.

i did read here that posting to frequently is a problem .... keep it save with up to 6 posts a day.
