Could you explain more what you're actually trying to achieve with bulk DMing? Functions of every tool vary and it depends on your exact requirements on what suits you best.

Use any automation tool for send bulk DM. But don't go very fast. Send DM slowly. Otherwise there is a chance to ban your account.

You can use any tool including Jarvee, followliker, gmt2, gsupremacy and instadub but bulk DM will get your accounts banned pretty soon. DMing and Commenting are the quickest spam-flag raisers.

Randomise your DM with tokens / spintax
Then share the DMs out over your accounts.
You won't send 10,000 DMS a day with a single account.
You can send 10,000 DMs a day shared between 500 of your accounts, as each will send 20 DMs each.
However, the risk is, if you spam all 10k with the same message with the same link, ISG is not stupid, they know what you are doing and you can say goodbye to all your accounts.

This. Can be very effective, but can be very annoying for users and generate complaints as obvious spam is obvious
